Buyers Agent Associate
About the role
This is your chance to join Henderson Advocacy, Australia's leading buyers agency. Based in Newcastle, you'll work directly with senior Buyer's Agents, sourcing properties, running inspections, assessing deals, and supporting negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing on-market, pre-market, and off-market opportunities across Newcastle and surrounding markets
- Attending inspections, open homes, and agent walk-throughs and reporting back with precision
- Researching suburbs, streets, and micro-markets to build genuine local expertise
- Auditing properties against client strategies, yield targets, and equity potential
- Preparing deal packs, due diligence summaries, and financial analysis for senior review
- Building and maintaining relationships with local selling agents
- Supporting negotiations and acquisition strategy
- Tracking all opportunities and follow-ups in CRM with discipline
- Representing the Henderson Advocacy brand with professionalism at every touchpoint
Requirements
You don't need prior experience but must be property-obsessed, confident attending inspections, highly organized, and detail-oriented. You should be coachable and hungry for feedback.
Qualifications
Property research, real estate, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
