Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth consultations with seniors and first-time buyers to clarify goals, timelines, and logistics.
• Coordinate with trusted service providers (inspectors, movers, contractors) to simplify moves.
• Prepare clients for each step of the transaction so they feel informed.
• Host and staff open houses tailored to the property and client goals.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and families.
• Record all interactions and tasks in the CRM.

Requirements

• Active or in-progress Virginia real estate license.
• High empathy and professionalism with clients experiencing life changes.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Availability for evenings and weekends when needed.
• Comfortable with commission-only compensation.

This full-time, 100% commission role serves seniors in transition and high-end first-time buyers in Fairfax County and North Arlington. Earnings are uncapped; engaged agents on the team typically earn $40,000–$80,000+ based on production.
