We’re adding to our team! We’re looking for a Buyer (LV Sub Coordinator) to join our Mission Critical Team and help keep precontract low-voltage subcontractor engagement organized, timely, and aligned. In this coordination-focused role, you’ll help prepare and manage bid packages, communicate with bidders, track quote commitments, and gather proposal inputs so internal teams have the information they need. Technical scope definition and evaluation will continue to be handled by Application Engineering, Engineering, and project stakeholders, while subcontractor selection and commercial commitments will remain under Procurement oversight and required approvals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate low-voltage subcontractor outreach and RFQs using approved bid packages and scopes of work.
- Keep requests on track by confirming documents, owners, quote dates, and open clarifications.
- Share approved drawings, specifications, schedules, addenda, and revisions with invited bidders.
- Confirm intent to bid, track quote commitments, and keep status updates current.
- Route bidder questions to the right internal owners, communicate approved responses, and track closure.
