About the role

Our unique capabilities span from producing large central systems for entire plants to individual filters for single machines, ensuring our proprietary filtration and cooling technologies meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and purchase raw materials, components, and supplies in alignment with production needs
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams on product launches and supplier development
• Track and report on procurement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), lead times, cost savings, and vendor compliance
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, Request for Quotation (RFQs), and contracts
• Record purchase order acknowledgments and update PO discrepancies
• Expediting and performing procurement activities to ensure the organization’s current and anticipated demand for products and materials (stock and non-stock) are met and in alignment with purchasing strategies
• Develop an effective and accurate system for monitoring purchase orders
• Work within the management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders and report any back ordered or missing products
• Affordably assist buyers with maintaining inventory levels and materials on a regular basis
• Effectively communicate with the management team to ensure all orders are accurate
• Maintain and cultivate relationships with suppliers, internal, and external customers
• Research and resolve account payables nonconformance with suppliers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain, Business, Finance, etc.) or equivalent experience
• Computer skills and aptitude to learn internal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Inventory Management applications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
• Proficient interpersonal ability to work with team members, clients, and suppliers
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Aptitude for basic calculations
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the field of procurement
