Key Responsibilities

• Purchase direct and indirect materials to meet production and operational requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships and coordinate demand forecasts, delivery schedules, and inventory needs.
• Analyze quotes and negotiate pricing, delivery, and service terms to achieve quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) objectives.
• Process purchase orders, contracts, requisitions, and invoices while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Monitor supplier performance and support cost reduction, lead-time improvement, and sourcing initiatives.
• Follow up on requests from Central Purchasing Center and internal stakeholders.
• Aid in FTA/USMCA documentation, Certificate of Origin management, and trade compliance activities.
• Track purchasing metrics, supplier performance, and cost-saving activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience preferred.
• CPM or CPSM certification is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Korean highly preferred.

Required Skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Understanding of purchasing processes, supply chain management, and trade compliance (FTA/USMCA).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive manufacturing or related industry.
• Project management experience.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
