What You’ll Do

• Create and process purchase orders, both direct and indirect, in accordance with documented procurement processes.
• Plan and schedule deliveries to optimize inventories in support of project demands.
• Process purchase requisitions and confer with vendors to obtain product information.
• Manage orders through completion and execute invoice resolution through order closure.
• Lead special projects as requested.

Experience You’ll Bring

• Good working knowledge of Procurement concepts, procedures, and practices.
• General knowledge of SAP ERP system preferred.

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in purchasing/commodity management.
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
• Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.
