Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop product offerings
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure product availability
- Analyze sales data to optimize product selection and pricing strategies
- Attend industry trade shows and events to network and discover new products
Requirements
- Strong interest in gourmet foods and culinary trends
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Team player with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
Pay
The competitive salary range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000 annually.
