Buyer – Gourmet Grocery Market

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential suppliers of gourmet products
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to secure favorable deals
• Evaluate product quality and market trends to inform purchasing decisions
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop product offerings
• Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure product availability
• Analyze sales data to optimize product selection and pricing strategies
• Attend industry trade shows and events to network and discover new products

Pay

The competitive salary range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000 annually.
