Buyer - Full Time

Buyer Manage critical direct procurement operations for biopharmaceutical manufacturing, overseeing approximately 500 SKUs across 15–20 suppliers with an annual spend of around $15M. Collaborate closely with Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure seamless material availability essential for production. Process and resolve vendor complaints, change notifications, and manage supplier quality issues, maintaining high procurement standards. Utilize SAP/MRP systems to oversee stock levels, place purchase orders, and monitor supply chain information. Handle raw material returns, recalls, and mitigate supply continuity risks. Contribute to vendor performance reviews and ensure compliance with quality systems. Qualifications & Skills Experience in direct procurement within a cGMP / GxP biopharmaceutical or life sciences environment.Knowledge of procurement quality systems and vendor quality management.Practical experience with SAP MRP or similar enterprise systems.Ability to manage multi-SKU portfolios and vendor relationships.Relevant degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, or scientific fields.
