Buyer - Expeditor

About the role

We are partnering with a growing manufacturing company that specializes in high-demand electronics components.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Coordinate with production teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste
• Monitor stock levels and reorder items as needed
• Handle inbound shipments and process paperwork accurately
• Prepare purchase orders and manage supplier invoices
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Knowledge of industry-specific best practices
