Responsibilities
- Communicate with global manufacturers and suppliers regarding orders, inventory and delivery timelines.
- Support supply through product selection, development, and sourcing.
- Monitor pricing, terms and KPIs with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels/inventory control among multiple warehouses and ensure maximum efficiency of warehouse space.
- Be a strong team member with peers and other key internal stakeholders, including purchasing, operations, warehouse, finance and sales.
- Deliver the on the KPI/metrics and objectives, ensuring that all actions are in sync with plan defined by local leadership.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- A bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of purchasing experience or education.
- International/Import buying experience preferred.
- Analytical skills with the ability to use Microsoft Excel to drive decisions and communicate key performance trends.
- The ability to use Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & CoPilot).

Schedule
This is a Mon- Fri, day shift role; sitting onsite in our Phoenix, AZ (Tempe) office. There may be some flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per month if needed.
