Buyer / Commodity Specialist - (Sherman, TX)

About the role

This is a direct purchasing position for GlobalWafers Americas Procurement organization. In this role, you will lead supplier negotiations, own supplier relationships, recognize and support critical supply issues, and manage material cost to achieve plant performance and savings goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process and cost improvements, support supplier management strategies, and ensure compliance to GlobalWafers procurement and company requirements. GlobalWafers America (GWA) is shaping the future of the semiconductor industry in Sherman, TX.
