About the role

Coordinate the purchasing and replenishment of all stock and buy-outs for the business to ensure that only approved suppliers are utilized, pre-determined stock levels are not exceeded, and stock-outs are minimized.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing of products
• Manage out-of-stock and low-stock products
• Administration
• Supplier chain follow-up
• Coaching and supporting team members
• Coordination and relationship building to uphold and promote the company values and culture

Requirements

• Grade 12 (essential)
• Relevant post-school qualification (NQF5) ideally with a Retail/Procurement focus (desirable)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a computerised retail environment (essential)
