Duties (Most Important to Least Important)
- Meet with clients to understand their boat-buying or selling needs.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, boat types, and pricing.
- Conduct thorough research to stay informed about market conditions, boat values, and emerging trends.
- Analyze comparable sales to determine appropriate pricing for boats.
- Negotiate terms and prices between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Handle offers, counteroffers, and final agreements professionally.
- Organize and conduct boat showings and demonstrations for prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain relationships with boat owners, dealers, and other industry professionals.
- Utilize sales tools, including OneWater Buyer/Broker Processes and CRM.
- Monitor the boat progression through service through inspection and delivery.
- Provide exceptional service to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
- Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Actively participates in Boat Shows, Store and Off-site sales and customer events.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Proven experience in boat brokerage, sales, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for market analysis and documentation.
