What You'll Own
- Develop and execute strategies
- Create assortments that meet financial metrics
- Develop core and seasonal products
- Build assortment plans through competitive shopping and vendor engagement
- Speak confidently about product vision and category performance
- Travel to vendor factories and attend trade shows
- Drive the business: Manage financial aspects, OTB and Buy Plans, and inventory management
- Manage promotional strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Manage sourcing relationships and internal communications
What You'll Drive
- Manage financial aspects and demonstrate strong business acumen and agility
- Manage Open to Buy (OTB) and Buy Plans for designated category
- Review business regularly; analyze, summarize, and make recommendations
- Identify, source, and onboard new vendors
- Present new product ideas and concepts to internal partners
- Provide advertising, marketing, visual, and eCommerce support
- Confirm accuracy of all marketing exposure and signs
- Manage vendor relationships: negotiate best possible pricing, handle quality assurance issues, organize claims preparation, return to vendor (RTV) process, vendor income support, and track and resolve outstanding issues

Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years buying experience with a multi-unit retailer including domestic or foreign travel
- Bachelor’s degree required
Pay Range
CA Pay Range is $110,000 to $150,000 annually. Full time and part time associates are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service. Benefits for full-time employment on the first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment include offerings for programs including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending, Commuter Benefits and Employee Assistance.
