Summary Description

The Buyer is responsible for planning and managing the supply of raw materials, packaging, and purchased components required to support manufacturing operations. This role ensures material availability to meet production schedules while balancing inventory levels, service performance, and cost. The Buyer works cross-functionally with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics to execute plans, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent experience
• 0 - 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You should be goal oriented, confident, outgoing, and able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to make timely decisions and recommendations
• The ability to build meaningful partnerships across the organization
• Expected to succeed within a competitive environment
• Demonstrate good judgment, be decisive and possess ability to apply critical thinking when solving problems
• Must be able to work independently and demonstrate effective initiative
