About the role
We are supporting a high-impact procurement opportunity for an experienced professional who can manage indirect purchasing across COTS products, ET/IT hardware, and aerospace-related goods and services. This role is an excellent fit for someone who brings strong supplier management, negotiation, and ERP/procurement system experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for indirect materials and services, including requisitions, purchase orders, sourcing, and supplier coordination.
- Issue RFQs and RFPs, evaluate supplier proposals, and support competitive bid analysis to help drive value and cost effectiveness.
- Procure standard COTS products, ET/IT hardware, and aerospace-related materials or services while aligning with internal specifications and requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, resolve supplier issues, and support compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in an indirect buying capacity.
- Demonstrated experience procuring COTS products and IT/technology hardware.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
