Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Organize promotional events and sales
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain product quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in retail management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
