Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Organize promotional events and sales
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain product quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in retail management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
