Position Summary
The Buyer will be responsible for purchasing, inventory and delivery of assigned materials, supplies and services at the best prices from reliable suppliers to meet the manufacturing, maintenance, and administrative requirements of the organization.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Purchase and manage inventory of assigned materials, supplies and services
- Source and negotiate with reliable suppliers to ensure best prices
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet organizational needs
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to manage supplier relationships
- Knowledge of procurement processes and regulations
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in procurement or supply chain management
Level of Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
