Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process including RFQs, negotiations, contracts, and purchase orders
- Conduct global and local sourcing activities and procurement market analyses
- Develop, evaluate, and manage supplier portfolios including risk assessments
- Cross-functional coordination to ensure optimal cost, quality, delivery, and risk mitigation
- Support overall Supply Chain Management objectives
Key Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Experience with supplier negotiations and contract management
- SAP purchasing experience preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Health, Safety & Environmental Responsibilities
- Ensure all safety and non-safety plant rules and regulations are followed
- Adhere to established quality and housekeeping standards
- Immediately report hazards, defects, or non-compliance issues
- Take appropriate corrective action when substandard performance is observed
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Office-based role with regular computer use
- Occasional interaction with suppliers and operational teams
- Limited travel may be required
