We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We have location, schedule (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm), contract assignment dates, payrate range. Also we have description of role, responsibilities, required skills, benefits info. We need to decide sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (maybe required skills/knowledge), Qualifications (maybe not separate), Skills (maybe same as required skills), Benefits (list benefits), Pay (payrate), Schedule (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm). Also contract assignment dates maybe part of About the role or separate? Could include in About the role paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Remove navigation, cookie, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. Must not invent or summarize away detail. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual payrate and schedule. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers (none present). Must not repeat job title as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content: Job posting: Buyer II Location: Memphis, TN 38118 Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Contract assignment: Start Date: October 1, 2026-August 4, 2029 Payrate: $34.39-61.92 an hour Then tagline: Drive Smarter Sourcing. As a Buyer II, you’ll work closely with suppliers, Materials Planners, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing leadership, customers, and internal teams to make strategic sourcing decisions and deliver solutions that support business goals. Then "What You’ll Do" with bullet-like paragraphs (but not actual bullet list). We'll convert to
  • . List items: - Supply Chain & Sourcing Strategy Manage MRP activities to help ensure materials supply aligns with demand. Develop supply base and Supply Chain strategies tailored to customer and Business Unit requirements. Then "Join the Team" paragraph: This is an opportunity to take an active role in sourcing strategy, supplier performance, cost optimization, and supply chain execution while working with teams and suppliers across the business. If you’re ready to help build a more efficient, responsive, and competitive supply chain, we’d like to hear from you. Then benefits paragraph: As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources. Please note: The following benefits reflect Kelly's general offerings. Eligibility may vary by assignment, location, and job type. Kelly offers eligible employees voluntary benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, telemedicine, term life, whole life, accident insurance, critical illness, a legal plan, and short-term disability. As a Kelly employee, you will have access to a retirement savings plan, service bonus and holiday pay plans (earn up to eight paid holidays per benefit year), and a transit spending account. In addition, employees are entitled to earn paid sick leave under the applicable state or local plan. Click here for more information on benefits and perks that may be available to you as a member of the Kelly Talent Community. Then "Get a complete career fit with Kelly®." paragraph etc. That's more marketing fluff but still substantive? It's about Kelly staffing. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO/legal but it's promotional. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This promotional text might be considered not essential but it's still part of posting. However we might consider it as boilerplate? It's not explicitly listed to remove. But we should preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The promotional paragraphs about Kelly are substantive? They describe Kelly's mission etc. Might be considered fluff but still part of posting. However we might decide to keep a brief "About Kelly" section? Not required headings. Could include as a paragraph under About the role? But we already have About the role. Might be better to keep as a separate paragraph under About the role? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine the Kelly promotional text into About the role paragraph or maybe a separate "About Kelly" section not in list of allowed headings. Since only allowed headings are those listed, we should not create other headings. So we can incorporate that info into About the role paragraph or maybe into Responsibilities? Better to incorporate into About the role. Thus About the role paragraph will include: location, schedule, contract dates, payrate, role description, Kelly's mission etc. But we must not repeat job title as heading. So we will not have heading "Buyer II". We'll start with

    About the role

    then

    containing all that. Then Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    with
    • each major duty group? Could break each bullet as
    • containing subpoints maybe as
        inside? But spec says use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It doesn't forbid nested lists. We'll keep simple: each duty group as
        • with multiple sentences. Then Requirements

          Requirements

maybe combine Required Skills & Knowledge. Could also have Skills section but we can merge. Since we have Required Skills & Knowledge, we can put under Requirements. Benefits

          Benefits

          with list. Pay

          Pay

          with

          $34.39-61.92 an hour

          Schedule

          Schedule

          with

          Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

We also have contract assignment dates: Start Date: October 1, 2026-August 4, 2029. Could include in About the role paragraph. We must not include sections with filler like "not specified". We have actual data. Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate like "Click here for more information on benefits and perks..." that's application instruction? It's a link. Might be considered application instruction? It's not exactly applying but it's a link for more info. Might be considered extraneous. The instruction: Remove ... application instructions. That line is a call to action for more info. Might be considered application instruction. Safer to remove that sentence. Also remove "Please note: The following benefits reflect Kelly's general offerings. Eligibility may vary by assignment, location, and job type." That's still part of benefits description but maybe keep? It's not boilerplate; it's a note about eligibility. Could keep. Also remove "Get a complete career fit with Kelly®." paragraph etc as promotional; maybe keep as part of About the role? It's not essential but could be considered fluff. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; is that substantive? It's about Kelly's staffing services; maybe not essential to the job. But it's still part of posting. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This promotional text is not those categories. So we keep. But we must avoid duplication. There's repeated mention of Kelly's benefits etc. We'll keep once. Now craft HTML. Let's write:

          About the role

Buyer II position located in Memphis, TN 38118. Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm. Contract assignment: Start Date October 1, 2026 – August 4, 2029. Payrate: $34.39‑61.92 per hour. But we need to avoid repeating job title as heading; we didn't. However we used "Buyer II position" inside paragraph, that's fine. Now Responsibilities:

          Responsibilities

          • Supply Chain & Sourcing Strategy: Manage MRP activities to help ensure materials supply aligns with demand; develop supply base and
