Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage the entire procurement process, including RFQ, negotiation, and contract management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and ensure the timely delivery of required materials.
• Utilize Epicor, ERP, and MRP systems to manage and track orders, inventory, and supplier performance.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on their capability, quality, reliability, and price.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the Sheet Metal and Electronics industries.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain.
• Continually review and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in procurement.
• Proven experience with Epicor, ERP, MRP, Sheet Metal, Electronics, Procurement, and RFQ.
• A thorough understanding of supply chain management and procurement processes.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
