Position Responsibilities

• Develop a team of Outside Sales Representatives
• Drive the sale of packaging materials and related supplies within assigned selling areas
• Oversee product inventory, distribution, and administrative functions
• Research, evaluate, and buy supplies based on price, service, and quality
• Review the queue in Solar and place purchase orders
• Item Set-Up and Maintenance
• Vendor Set-Up and Maintenance
• Update all pricing in Solar
• Run inventory valuation report daily
• Expedite purchase orders and track when incoming inventory is needed
• Monitor orders and move dates accordingly
• Create and follow up with work orders regarding kitting projects

Essential Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 2+ years of work-related experience
• Proficient PC skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other system programs
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional negotiation skills
