Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship building with potential homeowners.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Manage the entire home buying process from initial contact to closing, including assisting with financing options and navigating the home buying process.
- Attend open houses and other events to promote our properties and engage with prospective buyers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local builders and contractors to ensure a seamless home buying experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
