Buyer
Responsibilities
- Support the purchasing team through data entry tasks.
- Update inventory and analyze trends to assist in decision-making.
- Receive and review paperwork to ensure accuracy.
- Follow up on purchase orders with suppliers to confirm pricing, shipment, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the Order Management leader on various projects and duties related to purchasing.
- Update receiving schedule daily to reflect reschedules, cancellations, or changes on purchase orders.
- Expedite and defer goods as required with detail and a high sense of urgency.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, negotiation, and purchasing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; OR equivalent work experience.
- Experience in data entry, inventory management, and purchase order processing.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
