Job Summary We are seeking a Buyer for a direct hire opportunity in Los Angeles, CA within a manufacturing and operations environment. This role is ideal for a purchasing professional with 3-5 years of experience who can support production needs, manage supplier relationships, and help ensure materials are sourced accurately, cost-effectively, and on time. The Buyer will work closely with operations, production, planning, and vendor partners to maintain inventory flow and support plant performance. Key Responsibilities Purchase materials, components, supplies, and services needed to support manufacturing and operational requirements. Review purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders, and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery. Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, quality issues, and delivery updates. Partner with production, inventory, and operations teams to prevent material shortages and support schedule commitments. Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier documentation, pricing information, and related system updates. Identify opportunities to improve cost, delivery performance, supplier reliability, and purchasing processes. Compensation And Benefits Salary range: $60,000 to $100,000 per year.
