American Honda Finance Corporation is seeking a Credit Buyer to analyze credit data and financial information for individuals or companies applying for credit. The Credit Buyer extends credit terms according to policy while building and maintaining positive dealer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Make credit decisions.
• Maintain dealer relations and provide timely call‑backs.
• Assist in management and development of the Discounting Department.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required in business administration or other business‑related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in external retail consumer lending and collections; background in general auto finance/dealer finance preferred.
• Working knowledge of the Truth in Lending Act is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Weekend work is required.

Pay

• Competitive Base Salary: $55,700.00 – $83,600.00 (based on geographic location, work experience, education, and other variables).
• Annual Bonus.
