Responsibilities

• Provide a very personal, detailed, seamless service to guests in a highly professional manner.
• Take gentle care of all guests from arrival until departure without imposing on the guest.
• Be seen by guests in response to all their needs and requests.
• Attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of guests.
• Maintain impeccable standards for the presentation of suites, rooms, and public areas on the floors.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of food, wine, champagne, and associated service standards.
• Understand high-end customers and international etiquette.
• Exhibit flexibility and willingness to do whatever is necessary to provide the desired level of service.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese, Japanese, Arabic, or Spanish.
• Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM).
• Food Handler’s Safety Training Card (Health Card).
• Strong charismatic personality.
• Previous fine dining experience.
• Flexibility and willingness to do whatever is necessary to provide the desired level of service.
