Butcher's Assistant

About the role

Join the Windy N Custom Butcher team! This position involves a variety of tasks essential to our butcher shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Trimming, grinding, and packaging meat products
• Labeling and packing customer orders
• Record keeping
• Light cleaning duties

Requirements

• Ability to work as a team and take instruction
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Experience working in a butcher shop is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
