Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer service and assistance
• Grind, wrap, weight and price product accordingly
• Filling lunch meat case with back stock and new product
• Keep shelves clean and damaged and out of dates product off of sale floor
• Maintain department productivity standards
• Break down equipment, clean and sanitize equipment and cutting room
• Keep back stock organized and back room clean
• Ensure ad items and specials are full at all times and department is faced daily and as needed
• Customer service and 10' rule enforcement
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Understanding of various cuts of meat and poultry
• Able to provide accurate information and education to customers
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Outgoing and friendly personality
