As a Restaurant Team Member at Cicis, you will primarily focus on interacting with guests, following proper table bussing and cleaning procedures, and delivering remarkable service and high-quality pizza. Responsibilities

• Perform assigned work position duties, including preparing ingredients, making quality products, taking guest orders, and providing quality guest service through positive and friendly interactions.
• Act with a sense of urgency in all tasks to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Work as a team by supporting other work positions during shifts, completing closing duties, and maintaining a clean work area.
• Comply with Cicis image and appearance standards, fostering an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
• Protect the restaurant’s assets by maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area and adhering to all security standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old to operate some equipment.
• Able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds with a weight belt during scheduled shifts.
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, confidence, and a strong team-player mentality.
• Customer service-focused with strong communication skills and an outgoing personality.
• Able to demonstrate professionalism and handle job stress effectively.
• Able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
• Food Handler Certification required.

The work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
