Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to prepare for incoming guests.
- Assist servers by refilling water glasses, and responding to guest requests as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and managing trash disposal.
- Restock service stations with necessary supplies such as napkins, utensils, and glassware.
- Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth communication and timely service.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Educated in effective communication skills to interact courteously with team members and guests.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
