About the role

This position combines the duties of Busser, Janitor, and Barback to clean and maintain the Twin Peaks restaurant and bar. Team members are defined by pride, extreme standards, and discipline in keeping the restaurant clean, sanitized, and fully supporting the bar’s unique beverage program.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant throughout shifts.
• Assist bar staff by restocking glassware, ice, and supplies.
• Support the Twin Peaks Girls behind the bar to ensure smooth bar operations.
• Remove and reset table settings efficiently during service.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
