Busser

About the role

The ideal busser is guest-focused, can adapt to change easily, has the ability to solve problems and multi-task, and is proactive and approachable.

Major Responsibilities

• Cleaning various areas of the restaurant
• Taking out garbage and recyclables (if applicable) to compactor or dumpster
• Preparing rolls
• Preparing lemons
• Cleaning tables by removing all plates, silverware, glasses and garbage to the dish area and wiping down the table and seating
• Restocking ice
• Sweeping floors

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Able to speak English
• Able to lift and carry 20 pounds
• Must work with a sense of urgency and have a positive attitude
• Able to work well under pressure and effectively problem solve
• Able to meet deadlines
• Able to analyze information
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a busser in a full service restaurant desired
