About the role

The Twin Peaks Busser is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the Twin Peaks restaurant. Team members adhere to strict standards of cleanliness and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to uniform standards
• Follow policies and procedures to maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
• Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
• Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed
• Work as part of a team
• Train using tablets or computers
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Perform any other duties as assigned
• Assist with opening and closing duties including sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Janitor Busser
• Ability to communicate in English
• Understand policies and procedures related to restaurant cleaning and sanitizing

Qualifications

Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks training. Must attend and successfully complete the training program prior to working a shift without supervision. Must successfully attend and complete any and all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications.
