About the role

Our Back Servers/Bussers keep our restaurant running smoothly by ensuring that the restaurant is clean and ready for our guests. They move swiftly throughout the dining room, clearing tables as needed and helping our servers in delivering food and beverages to guests. From time to time, they're prepared to do some heavy lifting and when needed, they provide our guests with hospitality that will make their day just a bit brighter.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables after guests leave.
• Help servers and bartenders by providing refills on water and iced tea as needed and removing used tableware between courses.
• Check floor, bar, and restrooms and clean as needed.
• Absorb and remove spills quickly with minimal disruption to guests.
• Assist dishwashers by removing clean dishes from the dish station and stocking them in appropriate areas.
• Assist with food delivery, remark as needed, especially with large parties and during peak periods.
• Thank guests when they leave and inquire about their experience.
• Respond sincerely and appropriately to guest requests and communicate if necessary.
• Flexibly assist with the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant during the shift.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are true to the belief of amazing service and offering the best hospitality. Experience in a fun, fast-paced restaurant environment would be beneficial. The flexibility and availability to work nights, holidays, and/or weekends should be doable.
