Job Summary
A restaurant Busser is to support the front of house staff and is responsible for setting, clearing, and resetting dining areas of the restaurant. The busser also ensures guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for guests to dine. He or she also assists servers in efficiently servicing their tables.
Qualifications
- Must be able to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, throughout shift.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours in length.
- Possess the manual ability to handle/serve food.
- Must have a valid health card or equivalent.
