Bar Back / Busser Job Responsibilities: The Bar Back/Busser's role is to contribute to an exceptional dining experience for our guests by clearing tables of dirty dishes, glasswear and silverware. Sanitizing the tables and surrounding areas. Replacing table linens and setting tables for the next guest. Responsibilities: Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after guests are finishedSanitize tables and chairs Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other needed suppliesScrape and stack dirty dishes for cleaningHelp to restock kitchen with plates and other needed suppliesMaintain the dinning roomAssist Bartenders in cleaning glasswear, removing bus tubs and stocking bar Qualifications: Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavyAble to stand and walk for extended periods of timeAble to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Complete our short application today!
