Responsibilities

• Makes memorable first and last impressions with a smile.
• Greets incoming and departing Guests in a welcoming manner.
• Sits guests in the dining and bar areas, while ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff.
• Covers tables, delivers food and supports the dining room, while ensuring every opportunity to WOW our guests is fulfilled.
• Demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise.
• Answers the phone in a prompt and professional manner and directs calls.
• Leads the lobby experience for each Guest, following Outback hospitality standards.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping.
• Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems.
• Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral.
• The ability to adjust focus as needed.
• The role involves working in areas with low or dim lighting.
