Primary Responsibilities

• Support servers and hosts by cleaning and preparing tables for customer use
• Maintain dining room supply levels
• Transport dirty dishes, etc. to dishwash area

Administrative Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room for customers by cleaning and setting the table area, walkways and restrooms
• Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
• Maintain menu presentation by keeping menus clean
• Maintain table setting by removing courses as completed; replenish utensils; be alert to patron spills or other special needs
• Support servers and hosts by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners, and bus stations
• Close dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors; removing trash and recyclables from the facility

Job Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to work a 10-hour shift
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for up to 8 hours continuously
• Ability to speak, hear, and see
