Busser

About the role

Part-time Busser reporting to the Dining Manager. Shifts run 4 pm–8 pm and include weekends. Responsible for preparing the dining room for guests by cleaning and clothing tables, setting decorations, service plates, and utensils, and assisting with cleaning other areas of the dining room as requested. Must pass a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Clearinghouse.

Schedule

Part-time, 4 pm–8 pm, includes weekends.

Responsibilities

• Remove used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from tables after residents’ dining is completed
• Wipe water spills and food stains/dirt from dining tables
• Straighten or replace table cloths, cutlery, and glassware
• Refill paper napkins, salt and pepper shakers, and any other depleted condiments on dining tables
• Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping
• Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked

Other responsibilities

• Other duties as requested or assigned

Working conditions

• 100% of time spent standing
• Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water
