Qualifications
- A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow
- Able to place plates, utensils, pans and cases on high and low shelves
- Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to follow directions exactly as expected
- Ability to work fast, safely, efficiently, and accurately for periods of up to 10 hours per day
- Attention to detail
- Mobility required during the entire shift
- Able to transport cases up to 50 pounds as many as 20 times per day
- Able to carry bus tubs full of dishes and miscellaneous items from the tables, throughout the entirety of the restaurant repetitively, for periods of up to 6 hours
- Able to respond in emergency situations to avoid imminent dangers to self and others
Physical Demands
- Navigate throughout the restaurant and communicate with guests
- Move and grasp items up to five pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Bend and stoop
- Adequate vision to be able to discern cleanliness throughout the restaurant and operate a touchscreen
