Busser

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upkeep the restaurant.
• Clear dirty tables.
• Reset tables.
• Sweep the floor.
• Empty trash cans.
• Stock ice/products.
• Maintain a clean and organized back dock area.
• Pre-bussing tables.
• Having a sense of urgency.
• Absorb and communicate with hosts, servers and other bussers.
• In some Cafes: remove ketchups; refill guests’ drinks and set up bar pre-mixes.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Customer service skills.
• Physical stamina and strength.
