About the Role

Bussers at Hard Rock Cafe are directly responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, enabling other departments to focus on guest service. This role is essential due to high business volume.

Responsibilities

• Clearing and resetting dirty tables
• Sweeping floors and maintaining overall cleanliness
• Emptying trash cans
• Stocking ice and products
• Maintaining a clean and organized back dock area
• Pre-bussing tables
• Assisting hosts, servers, and other bussers with a sense of urgency
• Communicating effectively with team members
• In some locations: removing ketchups, refilling guests’ drinks, and setting up bar pre-mixes
