Responsibilities
- Maintain and upkeep the restaurant.
- Clear dirty tables.
- Reset tables.
- Sweep the floor.
- Empty trash cans.
- Stock ice/products.
- Maintain a clean and organized back dock area.
- Pre-bussing tables.
- Having a sense of urgency.
- Absorb and communicate with hosts, servers and other bussers.
- In some Cafes: remove ketchups; refill guests’ drinks and set up bar pre-mixes.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move heavy items.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills
- Customer service skills.
- Physical stamina.
