About the Role

As a Busser at Cracker Barrel, you help set the tone for hospitality by ensuring tables are clean, comfortable, and ready to welcome guests. You’ll work closely with the dining room team to keep things moving smoothly, creating memorable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables to prepare for new guests
• Collaborate with the dining room team to maintain a smooth workflow
• Jump in to help where needed, maintaining a team-first mindset
• Stay organized and move with purpose to support the guest experience

• No prior restaurant experience required—training is provided
• Ability to spot what needs doing and take initiative
