About the role

At Cracker Barrel, teamwork and hospitality are at the heart of everything we do. As a Busser you’ll help create memorable dining experiences by keeping tables clean, comfortable, and ready for guests, and by supporting the dining room team to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to prepare for the next guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout service.
• Assist the dining room team in keeping service flowing smoothly.
• Identify tasks that need attention and take initiative to address them.
• Support a team‑first mindset by helping coworkers as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required – training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping the environment tidy.
• Organized, purposeful, and able to move efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Pay

Pay range: $15.16 – $16.71 per hour.
