Chelsea Hospitality Group (CHG) is a family-owned hospitality company based in New Jersey, dedicated to creating world-class food and beverage experiences. CHG's restaurant in Morristown, NJ involves managing multiple food and beverage outlets within a sustainably built, mixed-use property, including a ground-floor restaurant, conference catering, pantry services, and pop-up concepts.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful, memorable experiences for guests by ensuring tables are clean and their needs are promptly addressed
• Work closely with the management team to prepare the dining area for each guest's arrival
• Be responsive to guest feedback and help improve the guest experience
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure efficient operations and a seamless dining experience
• Build positive, trusting relationships with team members and leaders to maintain a high standard of service
