Job Description
General Summary Of Duties:
- Clear, clean and reset tables in the Restaurant.
- Ensure operating equipment is placed on each table such as condiments, napkins, cutlery etc..
- Assist the staff as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Performance Requirements: (Knowledge, skills and abilities)
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language sufficient to understand inquiries from customers and communicate simple instructions.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to comprehend and follow written and/or verbal instructions from management, guests and co-workers.
- Communicate with supervisor throughout the shift.
- Sufficient manual dexterity of hand to sort silverware, chopsticks, dishes, trash and refill condiments.
- Perform all assigned side work to include replenishing/restocking workstation with supplies.
- Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice, answer questions and offer assistance giving accurate information.
- Respond to guest inquiries. Provide guest satisfaction through assistance, direction and information within hotel guidelines.
- Good working knowledge of accepted standards of sanitation.
- Ability to maintain attendance in conformance with standards.
- Ability to maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
