The Job

As a Busperson/Backserver, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless guest experience. You’ll help keep our dining room, service stations, and food areas organized, stocked, and spotless, supporting our servers and ensuring every guest enjoys the exceptional service Beau Rivage is known for.

$10.25 plus tips

The Day-to-day Work

• with servers to ensure proper guest service.
• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles.
• Clock in and out using the time clock system.
• Cooking and serving food as assigned.
• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicate with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently.
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed.
• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris.

The Ideal Candidate

• Must be 18 years or older.
