Job Description
As a POD Manager at Circle Logistics, you will step into a strategic leadership role where you own outcomes, drive revenue growth, and directly impact customer success.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–7 Account Managers to drive performance and growth
- Own strategy and execution for large, complex customer accounts
- Manage RFQs, pricing strategy, and tailored logistics solutions
- Partner with Sales to transition new business into long-term, scalable accounts
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer communication and issue resolution
- Build and execute strategies to increase revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular strategy calls with customers and internal leadership
- Track, manage, and exceed KPIs, benchmarks, and financial targets
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, performance, and service delivery
- Collaborate with executive leadership on company-wide growth initiatives
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in a freight brokerage or logistics environment
- Leadership experience or readiness to step into a people management role
- A strong ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Experience with or ability to quickly learn TMS and CRM platforms
